Objective:   Balance all 9 nails on the head of the nail that is in the center of the base.   All nails have to be balanced at the same time and cannot touch anything but the top of the nail that is stuck in the base.

Description:   At first glance, this feat does not look too difficult... until you try!   The Balancing Act puzzle probably provides more fun for the folks that are watching than the ones trying to solve it.   Eventually everyone pitches in to assist with the solution!   When the answer is provided, everyone usually agrees that it is not something that they would have thought of.

There are holes provided in the base to store the nails when not in use.

For safety, we have removed/rounded the points on all our nail puzzles.   The nails are also plated or made of stainless steel so they will not rust.

Each puzzle is supplied with an "Objective Sheet" that explains what it is that you are supposed to do.   This sheet also includes a picture/drawing of the puzzle in the unsolved condition, (similar to the one at the top of this page).
